We are seeking a skilled Production Roaster to join our team. This role offers the ideal way to progress in your coffee career.
- Operate Brambati green loading and 600kg Roaster, maintaining a continuous flow of product and achieving production targets.
- Prepare and complete accurate records for quality control and maintenance.
- Clean and maintain a safe working environment.
- Commit to safety and quality assurance, adhering to strict procedures.
- Analyse and utilise roasting software effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have experience on a Brambati or Probat roaster and be mechanically-minded with high aptitude in automated equipment operation.
They will also possess a strong understanding of quality control, safety, and reliability principles.
Able to work in a high-volume environment, prioritising quality and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Confidence in using technology and systems is essential, with a forklift licence advantageous.
