Head Coffee Roaster Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coffee roaster to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for specialty coffee and strong technical skills. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for roasting high-quality coffees that meet the highest standards of flavor and consistency.

  • Roast coffee according to various sensory profiles;
  • Develop knowledge of the world of coffees: origins, roast profiles, flavour profiles;
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to prepare and cup samples according to SCA protocols;
  • Manage and maintain the roasting equipment;
  • Implement new roast profiles and update existing ones;
  • Work closely with the production team to coordinate efficient fulfillment of all outgoing orders;
  • Contribute to the process of delivering finished products to customers;
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements
  • Coffee roasting experience: 1 year;
