Senior Mechanical Systems Leader

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanical engineers in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the work of mechanical engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve project outcomes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and reliability of all mechanical systems and products by maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
