Job Description
  • Manage the operations of VETiS programs, including rostering, scheduling, resource allocation, and purchasing requirements to ensure commercially sustainable training delivery
  • Provide leadership to the VETiS Training team and develop new trainers that join our team
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Nationally Accredited Training Programs in conjunction with the VETiS Manager
  • Model professional behavior and adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV TAE qualification
  • Licenced Trade Qualification in Electrical, Plumbing or Refrigeration
  • WWCC
  • NPC
  • Experience in training and assessing
  • Supervisory experience in training or previous roles
