Senior School Learning Support Leader

Job Overview
The Senior School Learning Support Leader will oversee the transition and integration of students with learning difficulties from Middle to Senior School.
- Develop and implement individual support plans for students requiring learning assistance.
- Coordinate the LIFT Plus program and support staff in implementing consistent strategies.
- Collaborate with the SACE Coordinator to manage flexible and modified SACE learning plans.
- Liaise with external agencies and industry partners to support student pathways.
- Provide strategic direction for inclusive education and best practices.
- Support staff in curriculum adjustments and pedagogical modifications.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records for NCCD reporting.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support student learning and transitions.
Key Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and/or Special Education.
- Experience in learning support and inclusive education, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Knowledge of SACE curriculum and Special Provisions.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
