Job Overview

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of new systems, enhancing existing platforms and ensuring projects deliver desired business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provide delivery leadership across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of projects, collaborating with program managers, product owners and subject matter experts.
  • Define detailed change impact assessments for data system and application functions.

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage project budgets and ensure delivery within scope time and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint and release planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
  2. Guide teams through their Agile journey supporting continuous improvement and adoption.
  3. Engage with Change Leads and Program Managers to support change management initiatives.

Additionally we require the successful candidate to contribute to reporting and decision-making through analysis research and provision of operational insights.
