Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at Acumen Health, you will play a critical role in supporting ADF personnel who have suffered from injury, illness, or trauma. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans that focus on getting clients fully fit and military ready to defend and protect Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for ADF personnel
- Work collaboratively with medical and treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- KPIs based on service delivery outcomes, not billable hours
- Set working hours for a healthy work-life balance
- Exposure to a diverse range of injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions
- Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced professionals
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing rehabilitation plans
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their goals
