Our organization is seeking an expert in supply chain management to join our team. As a SCM Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing duties associated with the on-boarding of suppliers, quoting, negotiation, selection, and purchase order placement of indirect, production and aftermarket product, services, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

This includes investigating potential suppliers for the supply of direct parts and repair services, identifying and addressing shortfalls in the supplier base to support commodity requirements, expediting quotes and orders from suppliers to ensure delivery, quality and corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved, generating weekly and monthly Supply Chain Management (SCM) reports, preparing import and export permits, and monitoring the Supply Chain Management (SCM) generic email inbox and distributing correspondence accordingly.

To be successful in this role, applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian government security clearance. They will also need to complete a National Police Check.

  • Key Responsibilities:
