Job Description

This full-time generalist teacher role involves working with children and requires you to have a strong commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and professional development.

You will need to demonstrate a child safe environment in accordance with the child safe standards and participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training provided by the school.

  • Plan and implement teaching programs or courses of study;
  • Have content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse needs of all students;
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and professional development;
  • Provide a child safe environment;
  • Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia;
  • Proof of identity;
  • Recognised teaching qualification;
  • Clearance status of Working with Children Check (where applicable);
  • Registered with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT);
  • Statements of service from previous child-connected roles;
  • References from previous child-connected roles;
