We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our high-performing sales support team.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building rapport and understanding their investment goals, budget, and readiness.

You will explain how our property and finance services can help them achieve their goals, capture qualifying information, and confirm if they are ready to meet with a Director.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating trust with confident, friendly communication, offering helpful property insights in clear, simple language, booking high-quality appointments directly into Director calendars, guiding unqualified leads on next steps to get investment-ready, maintaining clear notes and next steps in our CRM, and following up to keep prospects engaged.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and understand client goals, budget, and readiness

Requirements
  • 2+ years in B2C appointment setting, sales support, or similar role
  • Skilled at building rapport quickly on the phone
  • Organised and confident in managing follow-ups and KPIs
  • Curious about property and eager to learn
  • Tech confident - we use Mac, CRM, email, SMS, and live chat
