Operational Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in coordinating services and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of facilities management.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of services at a local level, while providing strategic leadership in contract operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement plans, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver services that meet customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level expectations
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency
- Lead stakeholder engagement and promote service excellence across contracts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits and managing risks
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A degree or trade qualification with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance
- Strong leadership and project planning skills in a service industry environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of key management systems and behavioral safety practices
