**Critical Healthcare Role:**
We are seeking an accomplished Urgent Care Medical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality urgent care services to patients while also leading and mentoring your colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective urgent care services to patients, including assessing their conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and education programs that enhance patient care and safety.

We are one of the largest employers in the region, providing frontline healthcare services to 300,000 people across 29 facilities. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including emergency departments, inpatient mental health services, rural hospitals, and community outpatient clinics.
**Requirements:**
- FACEMs or IMGs who have been assessed by ACEM and deemed Substantially Comparable will be considered.
- NZ SMO willing to be ACEM assessed
- NZ FACEM
- IMG with 10 years plus experience via STTP
