Site Operations Manager

Oversight of commercial activities related to subcontractors is key in this role. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring all work is executed as per business priorities and contractual requirements.
- Understand the scope of subcontractor's work: contract specifications, drawings and schedules.
- Act as primary point of contact and collaborate with subcontractors to resolve problems.
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plan and escalate critical issues.
Key skills required for success include strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You must be able to stand, walk and climb as necessary.
Your Profile- Degree in electrical or mechanical field or related discipline.
- Ability to drive project success with focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Previous experience in Construction Management.
- Collaborative team player with customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
