Job Summary

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Box Office and Customer Service Supervisors. This role involves overseeing operations at various locations, leading a casual team, and ensuring they are informed on Fringe Terms & Conditions and up-to-date venue and show details.

You will be the face of Fringe, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and ticket sales while inspiring your team to uphold high standards. Your passion for the Fringe program will drive a positive, proactive approach to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee box office and customer service operations
  • Lead a large casual team
  • Ensure team members are informed on Fringe Terms & Conditions and up-to-date venue and show details
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Previous working knowledge and experience in arts organizations, particularly in box office and/or call centre supervision
  • Experience working with Red61 ticketing platform or similar
  • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead a team and create a friendly, hardworking culture
  • High level computer literacy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High level attention to detail for data entry
  • Proven competency in customer service and conflict resolution
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with Red61 Ticketing System and/or competency with ticketing systems
  • Experience managing or supervising a team of multiple employees
  • Experience working in an open-access arts festival environment
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
