Key Role in Medical Workforce Services:
The Medical Workforce Business Partner is a leadership position within the Medical Workforce Unit. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality end-to-end services across medical recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and workforce governance.
In this capacity, you will lead operational delivery of medical workforce services, provide expert advice and support to senior management, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives that enhance medical workforce engagement, service delivery, and retention.
Requirements for Success:
- Proven experience in medical or clinical recruitment services within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment governance, credentialing frameworks, and industrial awards relevant to the medical workforce.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvements in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in business systems and workforce platforms, with a focus on compliance and performance reporting.
