Job Description

Gilmour Space is a leading Australian rocket company pioneering next-generation hybrid propulsion technologies for small satellite launch vehicles.

This role provides support to the CEO, CFO and Directors by administering shareholding related affairs and coordinating business of the Board.

The Corporate Governance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the company remains compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining records, notifying authorities of address changes, and responding to extract of particulars.

The coordinator also supports the effectiveness of the Board by coordinating board processes, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, and ensuring records are maintained according to the Act.

In addition, the role involves maintaining shareholder relations by updating the share register, coordinating timely completion of shareholder reporting requirements, and assisting with fundraising efforts.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of legal and paralegal principles, including experience with CAKE or other shareholding management tools. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of office management systems, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are highly desirable.
