The Principal Governance Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing expert advice on corporate governance functions, risk management, compliance, control design and assessments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering world-class healthcare.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will require strong knowledge of industry standards, project management skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Establishing consultative relationships with key stakeholders is essential for embedding governance standards into existing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of corporate governance functions, risk management, compliance, control design and assessments
  • Supply recommendations on Corporate Governance issues, systems, and processes
  • Embed governance standards for integrating risk, compliance and policy obligations into existing practices and procedures
  • Develop mechanisms to ensure proper oversight, monitoring and recording of compliance with legislative requirements
