Automation Test Engineer

At Softtest Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity based in Australia, with a salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop automated test regimes using CI/CD methodologies.
- Utilize tools such as Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Implement continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and build automation test pipelines.
- Test REST API using Postman and write automation scripts for REST API tests.
- Analyse and resolve technical issues related to automation testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing Science, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a test automation role.
- Expert hands-on technical proficiency with UI functional automation.
- Strong skills in testing REST API using Postman.
- Ability to obtain a Baseline Security clearance.
- Experience in testing Salesforce and MuleSoft-based solutions.
- Possession of a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for driving quality through testing and automation.
- Familiarity with accessible design and development principles.
