About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to inspect and provide condition assessments on our properties. This will involve identifying medium to long-term maintenance requirements, ensuring our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and provide condition assessments on all HHS owned and managed property assets
- Determine medium to long-term maintenance requirements
- Ensure properties meet the needs of clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent inspection and assessment skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
