Role Overview


This position is responsible for accurately creating, maintaining, and reviewing master data in SG Fleet systems. Key areas of focus include vehicle pricing and data from third-party providers, commercial pricing initiatives, and sourcing of vehicle discounts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Review and maintain relevant fields of master data in SG Fleet operating systems.
  • Maintain and monitor SG Fleet Pricing modules, including implementing updates in operating systems and developing relevant tools outside.
  • Assist in the auditing of tools that sit outside SG Fleet operating systems and monitor customer-specific requirements to ensure compliance with business rules.
  • Analyze and report on existing pricing methodologies and structures, providing insights into continuous improvement.
  • Assist in completing timely, accurate mass quotations and loading sale and leasebacks, fleet takeovers, and assisting in the tender process for new vehicles.
  • Complete timely reviews and manage changes to calculations and pricing, ensuring the system produces accurate costings for make/model data, leasing services costs, and mid-lease changes.

Requirements



  • Strong technical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with, understand, and analyze financial data.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work within tight timeframes and report regularly on progress.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership and follow up issues through to resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills.
  • Critically analyze information and solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability.
