About the Role

This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing master data in SG Fleet systems. The role involves accurately pricing and data from third-party providers, as well as other pricing-related tasks to enable effective quote and order processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain relevant fields of Master Data in SG Fleet operating systems
  • Maintain and monitor SG Fleet Pricing modules, including implementing updates and developing relevant tools
  • Assist in auditing tools outside SG Fleet operating systems and monitoring customer-specific requirements
  • Analyze and report on existing pricing methodologies and structures, providing insight into continuous improvement
  • Complete timely, accurate mass quotations and load sale and leasebacks, fleet takeovers, and assist in the tender process for new vehicles
Requirements
  • Strong technical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with financial data
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel and Visual Basic
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work within tight timeframes and report regularly on progress
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership and follow up issues through to resolution
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
