At the heart of every exceptional service lies a dedicated team. This role is no exception, as we seek a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead our team at Kemps Creek NSW.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching, developing and supporting the team to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Acting as an escalation point for customer queries, orders / returns and corrective actions.
  • Accurately reviewing and investigating items that are damaged, lost or missing through transaction of goods.
  • Supporting customer communication relations from initiation of damaged stock or the return process and completing the settlement of the order.
  • Managing the daily volume of all inbound and outbound orders to ensure they are completed within expected timeframes in a safe and secure manner.

As a successful Service Delivery Supervisor, you will possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, customer service and influencing / negotiation skills.

- Sound troubleshooting / problem solving capability, commercial acumen and capacity to extract insights from information / data.
