The Corporate Support Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing Coordinator who masters accuracy of records and continuous improvement in customer price management within our ERP system. This position is based at our Parramatta head office with a flexible working arrangement.

Reporting to the National Manager – Fleet Solution, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with maintaining data across the ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested.
  • Maintaining contract pricing in line with policy levels and updating parts pricing and margins.
  • Supporting report preparation and system maintenance on a weekly and monthly basis, as required.
  • Maintaining documentation of processes.
  • Assisting in seeking process improvements and analytics for error detection and process control, ensuring accurate pricing and margins.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need high motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail, along with excellent time management skills.

Requirements

You must possess:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A few years of work experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation.
  • Experience with large ERP systems is advantageous.
