About the Opportunity

Hitachi Construction Machinery is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support our Dealers and overseas suppliers of construction and mining equipment. This role is based in our Parramatta head office and is a 13-month Parental Leave Contract.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in a database management system.
  • Maintain shipping documentation/records and take forward cover with finance.
  • Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers.
  • Maintain transfer pricing for dealers.
  • Reconcile and monitor monthly dealer orders.
  • Invoice monthly equipment rentals.
  • Identify continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • You will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • You will possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • You will demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • You will have a few years of work experience, working in a similar role is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
