Nine Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Developer to join our Technology team in Sydney. As a key member of our implementation project, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless HR system integration across the organization.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in system design and implementation, particularly in large-scale HRIS systems. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to document complex systems landscapes and develop effective integration solutions.

As a Senior Workday Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Your excellent communication and influencing skills will be essential in building trust relationships with project teams and business units.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Document the detailed current & future state systems landscape of in-scope processes, including building an understanding of current state integrations.">
  • Work with system owners and the business to detail integration requirements for the Workday implementation.">
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to get Dev and Test environments ready for critical upstream and downstream systems.">
  • Engage with stakeholders at different levels, across various business units to gain business knowledge and translate this into key deliverables.">
  • Support the project team and business, building a trust relationship with ability to influence.">

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in working on system design and implementation projects in large, complex organizations. You should be a driven individual with a desire to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

You will possess:

  • ">
  • Experience on large-scale, complex system design and implementations, such as HRIS, CRM, ERPs.">
  • Proven track record in documenting systems architecture of large, complex organizations.">
  • Demonstrated experience working on high-profile software integration/API initiatives as a Business Analyst.">
  • The ability to effectively communicate functional and non-functional requirements to cross-functional agile squads using user stories and supporting documentation.">
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior business stakeholders.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of tenant configuration, system architecture, and third-party integrations.">
  • Familiarity with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.">
