As a key enabler of business operations, this exciting opportunity exists for an individual who can orchestrate the seamless flow of tasks and projects across multiple departments.

This role is ideal for a motivated and organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at coordinating administrative support for operational areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage finances, human resources, payroll, fleet, information technology, and systems across multiple businesses.
  • Coordinate administrative support for operational areas of the business.
  • Stakeholder and client management and coordination.
  • Conduct market analysis and research.
  • Project management, coordination, support, and implementation.
  • Organisational and business support for leadership team.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working as a coordinator or senior administrative role for at least three years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.
