Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the successful operation of a large business.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, implementing venue operations on a day-to-day basis, and assisting the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets.

  • Prior experience in a similar hospitality management role is essential, particularly working across food, bars, and gaming environments.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills are required to lead, develop, and manage a large multi-skilled team effectively.
  • Operational expertise is necessary to assist the Venue Manager in meeting financial and business objectives.
  • A high level of understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences is also required.
