Key Responsibilities

Experiment with ideas, concepts, and designs frequently and early in the process. Take into account the entire customer journey from beginning to end.

Essential Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in product design; we welcome candidates from diverse design backgrounds. As a seasoned product design generalist, you adeptly navigate the complete design process, from initial discovery to final delivery. You have the capability to not only grasp but also shape our business strategy through design. While familiarity with financial services is beneficial, your design proficiency is what truly counts. At your core, you are motivated by innovation and a strong user focus, with a proven track record in agile, cross-functional team settings. You employ a systematic approach to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive business metrics.
