As a Concrete Batch Plant Operator at Boral, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete. Your key tasks will include:

  • Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs using dedicated programs and systems
  • Safe operation of front-end loaders to weigh up materials for batching
  • Effective management of day-to-day administration, including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participation in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • General yard housekeeping and maintenance

Requirements

  • Interest in the concrete industry, with full training provided
  • Sound computer skills, working with multiple systems and safety reporting
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
