Culinary Leadership Role
Lentils and All Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menu plans to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Advanced diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery.
- Experience in managing kitchen staff and inventory.
