We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our team.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role for project duration (1-3 months), operating from 8:00am or 9:00am.

Due to the confidential nature of the materials handled, successful applicants must undergo a National Police Check and provide two verifiable references prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Handling customer communication via phone, email, and in person
  • Processing and taking phone orders as needed
  • Monitoring and resolving customer disputes
  • Communicating product updates or substitutions
  • Maintaining and updating order statuses
  • Managing communication around backorders
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, or similar required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, bubbly, and professional manner
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
