This is a high-level leadership role that involves guiding the development and implementation of data architecture frameworks, ensuring they align with business needs and strategy.

  • Strategic Data Architecture Guidance: Provide domain-level strategic guidance on data architecture to senior stakeholders, championing data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert Advice: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice and service to ensure effective communication and engagement with our business strategy and its delivery across the region.
  • Change Leadership: Lead and influence change, embedding good data practices across the organisation. Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domain-Level Strategic Data Architecture Guidance and Governance.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to Senior Stakeholders, Championing Data-Driven Decision-Making.
  • Lead and Influence Change, Embedding Good Data Practices Across the Organisation.
  • Support Projects with Authoritative Advice and Pragmatic Solutions.
  • Mentor and Coach Team Members, Building Data Capability and Resilience.
  • Own and Maintain Architectural Artefacts, Frameworks, and Principles.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data architecture leadership, including designing and governing large-scale data models and applying enterprise architecture techniques. They will be highly collaborative and influential, adept at advising business stakeholders on best practices, maintaining high-quality artefacts and principles, and supporting the organisation through growth and operating model change.
