The Opportunity

Our Perth or Brisbane Branch has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Services Specialist to join our dynamic Fleet Management System (FMS) team. Working with the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of products to customers and be a key player within our operations team, working with a multi-functional team of hardware and software support professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience installing and supporting complex IT systems in the field.
  • Hands-on hardware and software system level troubleshooting.
  • An understanding of wireless and radio propagation principles.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • An ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and new ways of approaching projects.
  • Frequent travel to remote mine sites will be required.
