Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to support our team in coordinating and booking training for employees and contractors. The role involves updating the learning management system (LMS) and maintaining general operational maintenance of the LMS data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online inductions for employees and contractors
  • Schedule and book all training for employees and contractors
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements for all employees
  • Maintain Learning Management System
  • Ensure compliance with all licenses and certifications required by employees
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries within a shared inbox
  • Update and maintain content on the Training intranet page
  • Create purchase requisitions
  • Raise work orders for training booked
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Head of Training

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of general office administration
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent time management
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible with an ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Customer and team focussed
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in a similar role within a busy office environment highly desirable
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite programs, in particular Excel
