Senior Contracts Administrator

The role of Senior Contracts Administrator is a pivotal position within our organisation, requiring an individual who possesses strong expertise in contracts administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

As part of this esteemed team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-profile project consisting of luxury residential towers, terraced housing, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of contracts administration, including monitoring contract performance and resolving variations and claims in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator with a solid understanding of construction contracts and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Brisbane based or willing to relocate.
  • Work collaboratively with your Project Manager.
