  • Fully qualified Automotive Technician with 5 years' experience
  • Born to lead? Step up and motivate a high-performing team to success
  • Diagnostic guru – pinpoint problems fast and get the job done right, first time
  • Customer champion – skilled in sales and service, because great service keeps them coming back
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Valid driver's licence and Australian work rights
  • Monday to Friday some Saturday mornings

What your day looks like:
  • Lead from the front Motivate, mentor and support a team of skilled Technicians to keep the workshop running like a well-oiled machine
  • Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of vehicles with precision and expertise
  • Provide top-notch mechanical advice and solutions that keep customers coming back
  • Jump in at the front desk when needed Customer interactions matter – bring your friendly, professional approach to the team
  • Own the workflow Keep the workshop efficient, productive and delivering top-quality results every time
  • Test drive and quality-check every vehicle before handing it back, ensuring it's in peak condition
