Food Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our food service team.

  • Cash handling, customer service and maintaining the restaurant area.
  • Food preparation, cooking and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods.
  • Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
  • Maintaining a clean environment in the Mini Swedish Food Market area.
  • Supporting other areas of the food service operation as needed to ensure annual goals and targets are achieved.

Complying with strict food safety policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks is crucial.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, cookery or a certificate II in commercial cookery is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of work.
