Job Description:

The hall staff play a vital part in making our customers feel welcome and satisfied with their meal.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the hall, including preparing and serving food to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Hall Operations: Ensure that all food is prepared and served efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Care Specialist: Provide top-notch service to our customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Food Service Coordination: Manage the serving of food to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that every customer receives excellent service.
  • Customer Waiting List and Booking: Efficiently manage customer waiting lists and bookings to minimize wait times and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales and drive revenue growth through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a smooth operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Shift timings vary depending on the location but may include lunch and dinner services.

Remuneration will be based on experience, work performance, and qualifications, with an hourly rate ranging from $24.10 to $25.80 per hour.
