We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team of OSHC Educators at Winston hills and Carlingford West. Our Educators play a vital role in providing engaging, exciting and interactive activities for primary school age children, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role
  • Provide fun and inclusive programs that cater to diverse interests and needs
  • Collaborate with Coordinators to design and implement a calendar of engaging program activities
  • Report to Coordinators on the progress and achievements of children under your care
Requirements
  • Experience supervising and interacting with children
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
  • Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
  • HLTAID004 / HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Police Check (paid for by the Y)

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy access to training and professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a range of employee benefits including health insurance and gym membership.
