Regional Leadership Position

This is a leadership opportunity to oversee the delivery of employment services across multiple sites in a national program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple locations with offices spread across several regions
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centred services
  • Developing strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems and reports to analyse and monitor individual and team performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Leadership experience, ideally within the employment services sector
  • A passion for people with disability succeeding in employment and education
  • The ability to achieve performance targets and manage resources effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies for generating sustainable employment opportunities
  • The ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A focus on quality and continuous improvement within a quality framework
  • Confidence in using data, systems, and reports

The successful candidate will undergo a background check and have the right to work in Australia. They must also hold a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
