At an esteemed organisation dedicated to making a difference in children's lives, we are on the hunt for a talented individual to drive and deliver recruitment across our division. Reporting to our People Operations Manager, you will work within an established talent acquisition strategy to coordinate recruitment processes and act as a trusted advisor within the People and Culture team and to your stakeholders.

Impact You Will Make:
  • Coach Hiring Managers through the recruitment process and work closely with them to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies are tailored to the specific needs and challenges of our division, including regional and remote recruitment.
  • Efficiently utilise our Applicant Tracking System, and contribute to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our stack.
  • Respond to demand for increased support from Talent Acquisition, occasionally providing end-to-end recruitment when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large number of active requisitions at any given time.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ability to build relationships with multiple, diverse stakeholders in remote locations.
  • Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics, and proven ability to use this data to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
