Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the solar industry, specifically focused on utility-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated success in securing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the utility sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar technologies, including fixed tilt and tracking systems, with the ability to articulate technical benefits clearly.
  • An established network within the solar industry, particularly in utility-scale project development, is highly valued.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
