About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior People and Culture Strategist.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that drive business results and foster a positive work culture.

You will partner with senior leaders and managers to design and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve workplace culture
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring legal and policy compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on strategy and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and managers
  • A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
