Job Title: Cinema Employee

Reports to: Zone Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Departmental Supervisor.

A team member at this level undertakes induction and training to perform work within their scope. The main priority is customer assistance and cinema presentation, supporting the seamless operation of a cinema entertainment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices.
• Ensure correct product presentation.
• Prepare food and beverages for sale, following quality and presentation standards.
• Replenish stock in accordance with merchandising planogram.
• Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedure, while assisting customers.
• Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.
