System Infrastructure Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage our core infrastructure and ensure the security, efficiency, and future-readiness of our IT environment. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Administer Windows Server environments and networking equipment.
  • Monitor system health, uptime, and backup performance.
  • Manage security, patching, identity, and access controls (Intune, Entra ID, etc.).
  • Act as escalation point for Level 2 incidents.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Participate in IT projects and process improvements.
  • Document system changes and configurations clearly and consistently.

About You:

  • You are a technically strong systems administrator with a proactive mindset and a passion for getting things done right.
  • You care about uptime, you troubleshoot methodically, and you know that solid documentation and strong security are just as important as clever fixes.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing Windows Servers and networking infrastructure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
  • Solid scripting skills in PowerShell for automating tasks.
  • Experience in implementing and testing backup/DR solutions.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection.
  • The ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A current valid driver's license.
