**Property Assessment Coordinator Job Description**

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessment Coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards for developments proposed on or adjacent to our land or easements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate developments proposed on or immediately adjacent to our land or easements to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and company policy.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support for the development and review of access agreements, including easement terms and conditions and various access lease/licences.
  • Represent the company in mediations or litigious matters concerning property developments.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Town Planning, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in property and infrastructure asset management.
  • Registration and certification with a relevant professional institute is desirable.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to self-manage and work collaboratively.
  • Experience in design programs, including AutoCad, AutoCad Maps, PLSCadd, and FME would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in GIS software would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated reporting and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of overhead transmission lines design, construction, and maintenance, as well as current developments in these areas.
