This role is crucial for supporting the delivery of client services within our Community Services team at our Nowra office.
Your responsibilities will include providing reception and administrative support, requiring strong collaboration skills with Indigenous communities.
- Provide high levels of customer service including receiving, screening and directing clients and visitors
- Process accounts and information using our systems and databases
- Liaise with staff to address site issues
Key qualities:
- Well-developed communication skills
- High level computer skills including MS Excel and databases
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
