Senior Collaboration Systems Specialist

GHD is a global professional services company that's committed to making a positive impact. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Collaboration Systems Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment and maintenance of collaboration platforms in an international professional services setting. You'll work closely with our Collaboration Systems Advisors to provide high-level technical advice and support, promote and comply with our unified collaboration platforms and practices, and lead technical planning and implementation of work programs aligned with our strategic business needs.
You'll also facilitate vendor management, issue resolution, and implementation of strategic IT initiatives, and maintain high availability of our collaboration platforms and implement continuous improvement strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive experience in AEC project delivery, a strong understanding of ProjectWise, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems, and proven project management skills with flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel.
You'll also need to have a degree qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, leadership across cultural and remote teams, and complex problem solving.
We're looking for someone who is highly regarded in their field, with additional certifications related to project management or IT service management, experience in global professional services organisations, and advanced skills in digitalisation and information lifecycle management within the AEC sector.
