Nova Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior EMI/EMC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting electro-magnetic interference (EMI)/electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) and/or TEMPEST tasks associated with the propagation and susceptibility in variable electro-magnetic environments (EMEs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct capability and concept development
  • Conduct requirements analysis and development
  • Conduct system design

  • Conduct supporting and related engineering services
  • Conduct review of contract deliverables
Required Outputs
  • Requirement specifications

What We Expect from You
  • Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at the NV1 level
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with an EMI/EMC environment
  • Previous experience working in the CASG or SPO environments (highly regarded)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude
