Job Title: Performance Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team at GroupM Nexus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering success across all facets of the business, including biddable media activation and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality results
  • Lead a small team of people and set the highest standard for operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team
  • Manage team workflow, delegate tasks effectively, and set clear KPIs
  • Hold constructive and meaningful performance evaluation meetings
  • Assist in the training and development of junior members of the team
  • Oversee the end-to-end biddable process and ensure QA compliance
  • Lead biddable projects and work collaboratively with stakeholders to define and deliver success
  • Support your director in delivering strong implementation plans and meet with vendors and partners
  • Ensure your team are delivering on time and accurate commercial tasks
  • Seek and implement improvements to ways of working
  • Support director on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting
